FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

Hiring an interior designer can feel overwhelming. We are here to make the process as simple, streamline, and stress-free as possible. We might even have a little fun along the way!

Here is an outline of how the typical process goes…

STEP 1: INITIAL MEETING

In our first meeting, we will discuss your project and collect information from you such as the scope of the project, your personal aesthetic, budget, things you love/hate, how you plan on using your space, etc.

Prior to this meeting, we will request the following from you:

  • Images of your space

  • Inspiration images or Pinterest page

  • Estimated budget

STEP 2: DESIGN PROPOSAL

Once we understand the scope of your project and all your wants/needs, we will send you a design proposal for review. The design proposal will outline our fees, timelines, and the overall flow of the project.

STEP 3: SITE MEETING

As soon as the design proposal is approved, we will reach out to set up an in-person site visit to take measurements of your space so that we can begin drafting floor plans and elevations.

STEP 4: DESIGN PACKAGE V.1

Here’s where we take all the information gathered throughout the process thus far and begin designing your space!

Once we have completed your design package, we will set up our first design meeting where we will showcase the following:

  • Moodboards

  • Floor plans

  • Elevations

  • Samples ie: Finish/Paint/Fabrics

STEP 5: REVISIONS V.2

After receiving and reviewing the design package, you will provide us with notes based on our selections so we can fine-tune the design.

Two rounds of revisions are included (V.2 + V.3)

STEP 6: ORDER PROCUREMENT

Once V.3 is received and approved, we start the execution phase. Since this is full-service, we handle all the big and little stuff including:

  • Placing orders

  • Organizing deliveries

  • Site Visits

  • Correspondence with various trades ie: Contractor / Architect / Fabricators

STEP 7: INSTALLATION WEEK

It’s finally here - installation week! Take that much-needed vacation and allow us to do all the heavy lifting. We will be busy installing all your new furniture / lighting / accessories while you’re sipping away on margaritas.

STEP 8: ENJOY YOUR SPACE
